Ok so last night I meet up with staircaseface, leo and mazgas at roadkill bar to head out and do some sarging.

with myself, leo and mazgas all having limited to no field expeirence and staircaseface having been out of the game for a while we were all feeling a bit of approach anxiety.

We walked around to hoxton square and checked out a few bars there deciding on one to stay in (flura i think, was a weird name) and have a drink and do some warm up sets, after quite a while of standing around chatting to the other guys and not doing any approaching I finally picked my sack off the ground and opened a two set using an opinion opener about my friend moving with his gf getting a house etc, then breaking up and wanting to live together but date other people. Tried to continue the conversation and mazgas brought himself into the set to chat to one of the girls, but I was struggling to build up any attraction or raport. A frankly didnt have to much idea where to go after the opener.

After some more time standing around talking to mazgas, whilst staircaseface was outside working his game, I approached another 2 set, using an opinion opener about this eagle wood carving in the bar. Found it difficult to follow on the conversation from here, awkward silence ensued and I ejected from the set smiling and wishing them a good evening.

We then decided we wanted to move on to a different place, used this as a way to open a one set who was waiting for her friend, just had a normal chat and I tried to drop my agenda and have a bit more fun. Got directions to a few places nearby and headed off to electricity bar.

Lots more talking with the guys and not alot of approaching happened over the next hour or so, Leo and staircaseface seemed to be doing well with the smokers section outside, and ironically I had another little chat with the same girl who had given me directions from flura who just walked into electricity.

We then progressed onto traffic, where I opened a two set, using the targets ,HBspain, glasses to open;

Me: Hey just wanted to tell you those glasses look really good on you!
HBspain: Thanks
Me: Yeah you look a bit like a school teacher
HBspain (smiles and laughs) : Well i can assure you I am not a school teacher!
Me: really? what do you do then?
HBspain: guess
Me: Stripper?
HBspain: YES! (smiles)
Me: so are you going to show me some moves?
blah blah blah

we chat for a while I tease her about being a stripper, then she asks me a few questions about what I do etc, I steal her glasses and put them on then tease her a bit about them being fake and her not actually needing them.

Im getting a few IOI's she's touching my arm, leaning into me, our legs are intwined (we were sitting on barstools facing each other).

Somehow we fall onto the topic of the champions league final, turns out she is a massive barca fan and she she started to get quite animated about it, her whole family is barca mad so she tells me that i must never insult barcalona, I then immediately tell her how bad they are and how they will loose to Manchester united. Then I tell her that when united win she owes me a kiss, I then hand her my phone and she puts her number in and she insists I promise to call after the football match.

We then chat some more while waiting for her friend to come back from having a smoke outside with staircaseface who did a beautiful job of winging me here, massive thanks to you btw!! When her friend gets back the two girls leave, and we decide its time to head home aswell.

Overall was a very fun night, got alot more fun once I got over the initial AA and got chatting.

I think one thing we should have done is approach more sets, but all four of us it was our first time out actually practicing ever or in a long while which meant we were a bit slow off the mark.
