Why bother speaking to her and "building tension" then? your obviously attracted to her. By doing nothing your either scared she'll reject you or being dishonest about your intentions.

In the past I wouldn't start down that road in the work setting. But lately I've been making the effort at work to talk to / flirt with women. Just to get skills and make it more of a habit rather than waiting for 'the one' then blowing it like I've done several times in the past.

I don't feel I need to follow through with this. But getting closer to that point is progress for me. asking them out is something i need to start doin though.

But its obvious you'd like to follow through with it from your post? I don't buy this "I'm just doing it for practise". Doing it for practise is fair enough, but if you start getting positive responses, why would you not follow through?

On these trips you don't get time on your own even in the evenings. If we paired off there would be gossip.

I was keeping an open mind though that IF the opportunity presented itself for us to be alone together I could see something happening. I just cant see it as only one night left and im not going to go out of my way to engineer it.
