for me I really had to go back and look at why i was overthinking and being reactive to everything.

The problem was I'm a big egotist and that was getting in the way, i was always hung up on how something would be perceived, so i started to work on it. That's where i made my biggest fundamental leap in terms of "game", so far. i just had to let go of my desire to achieve a good outcome, stopped thinking in terms of "will this make me more attractive/alpha/funny/X characteristic", and just started to have fun and not second guess myself.

And yes it was delivered in the ultimate cheeky scouse manner hahahaha
