I got low a couple of weeks ago, I knew it would be temporary though.
1. I re-joined a gym and did intense cardio. (For me it's probably the most important thing to keep positive).
2. Sleeping for at least 8 hours a night.
3. Day-game - As contrived as it sounds I've found the act of going out after work to talk to girls is a massive help. I've had one of the best years of my life because of this. Probably 2nd most important.
4. AirBnB guests - just chatting to them
5. Eat a nice steak
6. Do yoga.
7. Avoid booze, it sends me down.
8. A trip away on my mountain bike to Wales 8]
