For me, I have a few things that really help me;
1. Weight workout - I find it incredibly easy to be mindful (more than other activities, less than meditating) when lifting weights to the point I am just there in
2. Cooking/eating - It's fun to get caught up with different flavours, desserts, sandwiches, grills or soup
3. Mock the Week - Living abroad with a different culture/language it helps to make me feel at home and grounded plus it makes me laugh
4. Ukulele - I can learn a song that I like, a song for somebody else, or just jam with songs that reflect me mood and help me express myself.
5. Savour feeling shit - sometimes it's good to feel shit, if everything was smiles and rainbows I guess life would be boring and so would I
