K and top-hat described having peaks and troughs in terms of moods on top-hats journal thread and it made me think - what do others do when things are shit?
I know K mentioned being away from friends and family where it isn't his first language having stinking moods and top-hat being back with parents and hitting rock bottom with approach anxiety. For me I have times when I feel shit too.
So what do you guys do to turn that frown upside down?
