It was a joke. Ease up. You're going to need to learn to take shit like that in stride, both on here and in real life. If you do this on the long term you'll get shit said to you in jest in real life that's way worse than that.


Anyway, if you want to stick to the topic, here it is.

First off, canned game in general is to be avoided, but it's expecially daft to do it on a loud, crowded dance floor. Main reason it's especially bad there is it's loud as fuck, people can barely hear you and they aren't there to chat anyway. Doesn't mean you can't hit up people on the dance floor obviously, but whatever talking you do has to be pretty simple stupid. SHit's generally more physical.

Second, you're getting ahead of yourself. If you're chatting to 2 girls and you're ducking out after 5 mins because you feel stuck and awkward, you aren't at the point to push shit forward. You need to at the minimum get to the point where they're engaging you as much as you're engaging them, and where you feel comfortable and natural carrying shit on. If you're looking to get laid on a night out most of the time you're going to be spending several hours with these people.

Isolation in general is bullshit anyway if a girl's actually into you. If she's comfortable around her friends she won't care. If she's into you and she's not comfortable (rarely) she'll just wander off with you. The friends don't mind this if she's cool with it, normally they'll either give you guys space, or if she's just there with one mate you can try and find her mate a dude together while you all chill. It happens pretty organically.


In other words, don't get ahead of yourself. Drop the routines and get used to sustaining interactions comfortably with people for longer periods of time. Get that down and you'll be way less confused on how to make shit happen.
