I'm no expert but I wouldn't put too much emphasis on routines and talking in a noisy night club. Richard la Ruina(Gambler) says that it's much more effective to force a response before you open( raising your drink or shooting her with pretend pistols), calibrate on the response and get to the good stuff without too much talking, just physical escalating. Correct me if I'm wrong though )
