As for your current situation, you should chill out - don't get into a relationship for the sake of it or even convenience. Do it because you've met somebody that's worth committing to otherwise it's not fair on you and them and will lead to unhappiness on both parts

As for getting to know the girls there, introduce yourself like you did to the guys and just talk and flirt with them.
If you run routines and play games the girls will think your just playin whereas if your a cool social flirty guy, they're likely to want to spend more time with you.
And the once a week thing is a stupid restraint - if you get on with somebody you'll wan to meet up outside of that original setting. Stop making excuses and talk to them
