I keep it in the splint the hospital made for me, for about half of the time.
I layed off from boxing so it could heal. I did 6 rounds the other night to see how it was doing but the next day I could feel the vibration in my knuckle & so it wasn't healed. So still no more boxing for a while longer.
I haven't gave up breakdancing though. Still doing it.
Start breakdancing, it's a cool hobby. Last night we done a freestyle session & the instructor threw some serious shapes including the windmill, which looked amazing - the windmill is the pinnacle of breakdancing & I'm pretty sure literally everyone would love to do it whether you're into dancing or not. I definitely intend on getting to that level where I'm throwing out power moves with ease.

Try to rest it, keep your hand in the splint even when you sleep and the doc probably told you ice and ibuprofen, think my hand will be better in a 2/3 weeks, maybe yours will be the same.
