Astral projection is nothing to do with palm reading and is done on your own. No one makes you believe you are astral projecting. People use many different techniques to astral project from meditation to leaving their bodies during a lucid dream. How do you explain the millions of people who have experienced it while no even trying, while having an operation and being unconscious under anaesthetic? i.e. an unexpected out of body experience. Or while in near death situations after suffering a serious accident. There is more information on it here:
