Last week I got back on my healthier eating and also stopped drinking in the week unnecessarily at home (which in turn led to me wasting time on the internet). I have also started painting again, with a view to pulling together a collection of 6 artworks by the end of March.
I have also now decided on a set exercise regime, which consists of jogging for at least 20 mins at least twice a week, followed by 15 minutes of weights to work my arms and shoulders, then 5 minutes of situps. This will increase.
