Reading your post made me think about last year in Crete. Fucking Italians everywhere with their girlfriends and/or family. Many of these Italian dudes were huge, seriously, 1 did a bomb into the swimming pool and actually broke the drainage system so the pool started spilling out all over the place, into the restaurant and everything.

Constantly I was like "fuck sake! This guy!" He had a really loud voice as well so quiet night talk to him was like fucking shouting.

The same guy had his girlfriend with him. A fucking hot blonde chick, quiet girl but fucking hot. I remember I was thinking "wtf how does that work!?!". ATTITUDE! If it concerns you it will effect your performance. Be comfortable with who you are and go out and get what you want. A proactive mentality.

Kinda messing up part of what I said here by saying whilst he was renting some scooter or something, I spoke to his girlfriend and got her number. I also found out it was her who put a little note on my balcony table. But you get my point.

Don't let it effect you.

No reason why you can't start a proactive mindset to getting your weight down by healthy dieting and exercise. And that doesn't have to mean gym work if you don't want to, just buy some weights and do isometrics (basically jumping) or light circuit training at home. Proactive!

I am the master of my fate
