If he's gaming you he'll make the most of opportunities you provide him with. So if you invite him to something casual(night out with friends, shopping whatever) chances are he'll come along. If he refuses then just wait a week or so and he'll probably ask you to do something. Once you've met up with him make sure by the end of it you've arranged something later on(preferably let him do this but if he does then take the initiative). Guys, like girls, dont want what they can have so send him mixed signals. Show him you're interested but also that you have other options and show he hasn't won you over yet. Good luck!
