It doesn't seem to be a conscious decision, nor do I feel I require it to go about my usual business, but it does seem to be second nature, whenever I'm in a social situation, you'll see me with a drink, I'm not trying to neck as many pints as possible I will try and pace myself but I feel uncomfortable if I don't have a pint near by (when out with friends that is).

But saying that, on Friday and Saturday last week I stayed sober because I had the run on Sunday, I was out in Fab and I was having an evening meal in a pub with my family, but I was only drinking soft drinks, I would have preferred a pint but I wasn't going to lose any sleep over it.
