One bit of advice is don't let your nights out be ruined by not getting a girl. Go out to have fun first and talk to lots of girls but don't let your happiness be dependent on them.
The more women you talk to the more chance you have and the less you care about the outcome the more success you will have.

Sounds confusing and a paradox but if you have a mentality of abundance and fun it'll be easier to get women.
