If I was worried I wouldn't do it, but signing sex paperwork saying you can rape her? I really think that's idiotic and surely can't help legally.
Keep a text or don't do it if your actually thinking like this. But it's pretty normal from my experiences that people are into this stuff, especially since 50 shades.
