Yeah I live in a town in North Wales like. Don't worry I'm sound now haha. I am a positive guy and I don't have a short fuse, just used to live by the rule of knowing I didn't have a short fuse so if any one pissed me off enough for me to flip whatever i did to them was there fault. I used to channel my anger through rugby but then I got injured and couldn't play anymore so had a lot of built up aggression anyway. So then I joined a football firm but fucked that off because it wasn't worth getting arrested for.

Got a different outlook on life now. Its more amusing and satisfying to be the bigger man and not get stressed.

Life's all about moving forward. You learn what you can and crack on.
