I was a little dubious about how effective hydroxycut would be but I looked up a fer hydroxycut vs placebo and i think it's exactly what i'm looking for.

However in their tests they don't specify whether the subjects are overweight and if so by how much.

How effectice in actual terms have you guys found it?
