that diet was the bare bones - i also eat lots of natural yogurt with berries, i try to go for the dark berries,, ie blueberries/blackberries as they have high concentrations of anti oxidants in
in my meals i will usually have veg in there too
peas,carrots,cauliflower,cabbage,peppers,mushrooms ,kidney beans,tomatos
i try and pad my meals out with a decent amount of veg - if you are doing fish in a sauce you cant really taste the veg etc fot those of you that hate veg
chilli with peppers/tomatos/onions/mushrooms etc etc -- again you cant taste the veg much in my opnion it makes the meals much nicer and fills you up more.
