Personally I wouldn't tolerate it if my gf was getting out her phone while I was talking. I'd take it off her and fuck the shit out of her. But if that's not how you've acted before, it might class as rape, so err...be careful on that one.
You need to be more of stone cold ice motherfucker about things. Also, have arguments (if she pisses you off). Couples that argue have better sex than those who don't, fact.
