I agree with that statement
thinking out of the box I feel that..
She is naive and young..doesnt know how to deal with these sort of situations
She see's this lad at college every day.. so at the risk of telling him to fuck off she may not know how to act or deal with seeing him the next day
And if she thinks she is actually not going to do anything with him..then flirting with him wont hurt
