So just maintain a blank expression. Granted, I am not proud of lying or cheating and I felt the guilt and won't do it again...

I have had a girl lie to me about a dude, first she denied cheating, then she made up the wrong name for him, then when I wanted his phone number (to have a go at him in a pussy needy whip way) she gave me the wrong one. At the time, I KNEW she was lying. There were no tells, she was just plain lying. You can tell.

Women don't lie as much. They keep secrets. Like I think Phil mentioned in a post, if she goes to a party and cheats on you, she will tell you she went home early to avoid the questions.

Having said that, my ex lied to me about how many dudes she had slept with (she increased the number to sound more confident around me) and I totally believed her - she then came clean like a year into the relationship.

Fuck, women do lie more than men
From an evolutionary pov women ARE hard wired with the ability to lie better. They need to maintain positions of 'strength' and insure the best chance of 'survival' through their ability to build 'social/community' alliances, you can't build alliances with parties that are at odds with each other without being able to lie well to BOTH/all.

In caveman times, Two alphas males need only to directly challenge one another make their intentions clear and direct and settle their disputes through displays of outward strength/combat...but any females of value caught in the middle, would need only LIE to both of them until the 'better' one has clubbed the other one to death.

Failure to lie would mean failure to survive for the female (as true today as it was centuries ago).
