Honestly just get as much shit out of your brain and put it on pen and paper in black and white
My kitchen walls have notes all over ie this weeks workout routine,what im supposed to be eating and when,affirmations etc
The bucket list is actually great as i can plan what i want to achieve and when,even break it down into smaller sections ie one is to be a great at mma so one is
1. find a teacher
2. go 4 hrs a week
3. train at home etc

you get the idea,then all you have to do is follow the steps to get the result
