Why leave it out? Because I'd probably said I didnt plan to take anything, and it's illegal.
Buddy, that guys website, who trained me taught me most of what I know
I wont get into training regime, as I've come to the conclusion it's more about training hard, and eating well.
Whether you do 8 sets of 8 reps, or 6 sets of 6 reps is not so important
Supplements, used to take a lot of different ones, but most are just products to be sold to you.....
Liver Tablets I think are good
and Maca I've definately noticed a difference with, raises your testosterone!
