Personally I find like any American based self-help program PU is very much great principles, wrapped in marketing to make you feel like you are getting something for your money.

this could be squeezed down to probably a 4 hour session tops!

It is the same with mystery, ross jeffries, david DeAngelo and all of the other guys. They market these "magic pills" to guys who are at a low point and feel they need extreme help when realistically they need a leg-up

If somebody brought out a decent book that was probably about 60 pages of brutally honest advice about becoming socially adapted and strong willed; it would be the best fucking book ever for getting you laid.

Instead people think if they increase it 10 fold with waffle they can sell this shit for 10 times the price. Either that or they have deluded themselves into thinking it actually works.
