you wern't joking you're just saying that to avoid embarrassment.
you don't have to put that much effort in I'm only training weights once every 5 to 6 days and doing a split of chest and back then shoulders and arms. I eat almost any thing. I run once a week to keep the fat off.
I only do one set per exercises and a max of three exercises per part. getting decent results.
