Maybe ill try the weather comment or something more playful that "do i smell" comment should a similar situation arise again.
I think if i could have done it again i would have more belief in my faculties and not assumed cos id got this far she would just roll up and pounce on me! I should have pounced on her with no fears.
Like you say im just out of a relationship and new to being single so there probs also a bit of naivety there also.
