It sounds like your not being sexual enough with them. When that girl was in your room you should have started pulling her, picked her up and put her on the bed. Don't just sit on the bed. She had already told you she wanted sex essentially. You both knew why you were there.

However, don't be too hard on yourself, just try again with new girls. Stuff like this can make you feel a bit demasculinated, but is no biggie. The moment is goes right (which it will) you will be back on track.
