Doing "Big" Exercises at the gym help the brain release and produce more testosterone,
- Squats
- Bench Press
- Dead Lifts
- Pull ups
I find running and summer get me horny as hell. Funny story but here goes
A couple years back when i was first dating this chick, i had a really hard time getting .. hard ..
I'd get hard, just not like i used to , maybe like 3/4 at best . and it fucking freaked me out. I was like 21 . I should be hard all the fucking time
Anyway, I was smoking and lazy at the time. Stopped all that shit, instantly started working on my legs and running . (Thought being, get blood better flowing down below)
Sure enough, a week or two later hard as a rock again !!!!!
