Boiled Eggs, scrambled eggs, celery & carrots, chicken salad, roasted season chickpeas, kale chips, tomatoes, tin of tuna, gherkins, tin of beans!
just mix up the above and what you're already eating, don't buy any crap then you cant eat it!
