I have been convinced by my two mates to try paleo diet and test the benefit. So I have just ordered a paleo box containing various meat online and will be delivered straight to my house...! It costs £105 and consists of:

4 x 280g chicken supremes (skin on) packed in 2's
450g diced free range chicken
2 x 450g gluten free sausage (choose beef or pork)
2 x 450g packs of minced steak
2 x 230g(8oz) Gloucester Old Spot pork chops
2 x 230g(8oz) Gloucester old spot pork steaks
2 x 230g(8oz) Rump steaks
2 x 230g(8oz) Sirloin steaks
4 x 180g(6oz) Lamb steaks packed in 2's
1 Free Range Chicken (av 2KG)
16 slices of our home cured middle bacon packed in 8's
1 x 1.5KG roasting joint of your choice (beef or pork)
4 gluten free beef burgers

Im stopping my rice intake completely. Gonna train harder and see what happens in 6 weeks before I hit Madrid!
