Look anytime you're using more energy than your consuming, you will lose fat, admittedly there are certain complications in this, but essentially the principle is true.
If your confused and not sure what to believe do some proper research, the advice I'm giving comes from knowledge gained whilst studying human biology. So I'm not a gym nut, and I need to start taking some of the advice I'm giving, but it is good advice.
