Sure, if you use this opener and that opener you can blame it on the words. Of course if you are upfront and honest with the girl and speak your mind in that moment, then you're putting your balls on the line. This is attractive.
More importantly though, get out there and try what you have proposed. Tell us how you get on. Silliness is funny, and a sense of humour is cool.
