Blood spots? Thats sick. Im gunna aim to get blood spots from now on. I think i was lifting about 50-60kg, cant remember but im really small. I have been doing wrist curls And stuff to cuz ive started to obsess over my forearms lately.
Edit- sorry yeah i was doing about 8 reps with those dumbells
