AA can be overcome if you can overcome the anxiety you feel. my advise is to be more confidant. the same advise a million people would give. how do you do this? put yourself in the firing line, think more of yourself, theres no after life so make the most of this one. try this for a day to get you used to approaching.
approach a woman and say
"excuse me"
pause look her in the eye then say
"actually it doesnt matter"
then walk away
vary the style you do this in, cheeky smile, dominant, cowardly.;.. you are an actor practising for a new role!
practise your confidence when you do it. make sure your dressed with your nicest cloths, your looking your best, this will make u more confident.
