It all comes down to.... If you go to the gym and work out, you will be in a better emotional state, you will feel more confident with yourself!!!! woman can sense this and are attracted to sucess, confidence and someone whos giving out a good vibe!!! No way would a woman want to approach a moody depressed looking muscle bound bald chimp!

Diet is most important when trying to shape up
And dont ejaculate straight after you finish a workout as this can cause unequal muscle growth, meaning you may get one bicep bigger than the other or something.
Mondays - Chest and Triceps
Tuesdays - Back and Biceps
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Shoulders, Traps and forarms
Thats a good start when going to the gym, it gives plenty of time for your muscles to recover in between.
