I've been ripping it up and funny you should mention this cos I ws gonna post about it.

today at my work two cougars who never talk to me about anything (and to be honest I don't really wanna talk to them) suddenly they're like how are you. I was a bit disgusted that they were only doing it cos of my body.

same again later bird in shop being more than customer service friendly. anyway I'm loving it and I'm getting bigger day by day.

Agree with the sentiment about getting down the gym and keeping yourself in shape.

But don't agree that if you look Buff women will suddenly approach you. Like the frikkin Lynx advert

Not saying it won't happen, but where I go out there any number of ripped chodes standing around the bars/clubs puffing their chests out and walking like John Wayne.

But basically faar too pussy to actually instigate a conversation with any women.

These are also the guys who are never smiling and get intimidated by short arse chaps in amusing hats chatting to all the chicks.

If you go to the gym and work out, you will be in a better emotional state, you will feel more confident with yourself!!!! woman can sense this and are attracted to sucess, confidence and someone whos giving out a good vibe!!! No way would a woman want to approach a moody depressed looking muscle bound bald chimp!

P.S.

Diet is most important when trying to shape up

And dont ejaculate straight after you finish a workout as this can cause unequal muscle growth, meaning you may get one bicep bigger than the other or something.

Mondays - Chest and Triceps
Tuesdays - Back and Biceps
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Shoulders, Traps and forarms

Thats a good start when going to the gym, it gives plenty of time for your muscles to recover in between.

Lol Phillip honey your reading text which just isn’t there, So no need to get frustrated by that enormous ego of yours. Of course women are lustful, but there’s more to why woman approach, have approached you! Not just because you’re so amazing and you have nice arms. To be approachable you need to come across as non-threatening....i know a lot of body builders with amazing bodies who never have woman approach them, as they are just to intimidating and unapproachable. And with all due respect, the majority of them can’t string to words together properly. But obviously looking good plays a big role, it goes without saying. Not to fool anyone, you’re not going to get approached by woman just because you have nice arms!! You will just look and feel better!
