I want short term fat loss on my belly, and then progress into a more long term weights plan.. I just ran 1.5 mile, and I admit, I'm fucked. I also got back ache after about a mile, but I think thats my technique cos I keep landing on my heels I can't seem to push myself forward enough to run properly.

I do agree you should look after yourself to expect the super hot babes... they spend enough time looking after theirself...
