yea do weights but I think weight training is more of a long term weight loss strategy. Cardio is good for short term weight loss

the thing is peeps who say she's shallow are idiots cos what are we on this site for to pull fit birds so we expect them to be fit so why shouldn't we be fit.

if you expect a fit bird to fuck you wen you don't keep yourself in shape is selfish simple as that.

I want short term fat loss on my belly, and then progress into a more long term weights plan.. I just ran 1.5 mile, and I admit, I'm fucked. I also got back ache after about a mile, but I think thats my technique cos I keep landing on my heels I can't seem to push myself forward enough to run properly.

I do agree you should look after yourself to expect the super hot babes... they spend enough time looking after theirself...

2 weeks of intense weight training 8 hours a day for 5days, 2 days rest, 5days, 2 days. eating protein in evening, carbs in morning and u'll be basically ripped. Most people dont hav the time or reason or motivation to push it that hard.

plus it's not possible to maintain high intensity over long periods of time because once your resources become depleted you only have fat left to burn which requires oxygen and thus only cardiovascular exercise is possible. This is what the wall is when peeps run the marathon after 20 miles most peoples carbohydrate store goes dry.

I agree that cannot be sustained past two weeks but it certainly gets changes started. After that run, do weights every few days and you can build up with good diet. Take ur vitamins. Cut bread and sugar.
