For me
personally with very little conditioning i can choose to switch this off.
If it is somthing you
WANT to do then whatever it is you can eventually condition yourself to not even get that emotion

Knowone wants your approval or you to bow to them, all this thread goes to show is that YOU personally are controlled by your emotions and have no control over them.
its like arguing that all shoes are blue because the pair youve got on at the moment are blue - when in fact everyone else around you has black shoes on
