Thanks caveman, thats my theory on SD Matrix. Definately something I will do but I'm pretty new to serious weight training so I'm making leaps and bounds of progress anyway. The supplements I'm using are Glutamine, Creatine and Whey Protein. Seems to be working very well!
Plan is to add SD Matrix to the mix when I can't keep increasing the weights every 2 weeks as I am now.
