Had a look at what that is expensive shit to say the least, i remember coming across some protein powder whilst at work which was £50 for a 1kg tub bearing in mind vat is not paid on food supplements otherwise it would be £60 quid.

If i was to train seriously i would just knock back loads of full fat milk alot less expensive than that shit.

Id be interested to know what hardcore bodybuilders pay on protein powders, supplements, food, steroids each week.

Im pretty sure you could get better results taking dianabol, probably less expensive too.
