Really? I'll need some convincing. It's nutritionally dead, artificial crap that takes more from the body than it provides (chromium leeching for example). It perpetuates consumption of false idol "low fat" artificial products which are a patch on the problem in society. It fucks with the satiety loop in the body by being sweet yet having no nutrition hence we crave more and more. It's been suggested as a neurotoxin causing excitement and degradation in the brain. It's had a profound number of public complaints against it leading to implications in everything from MS to Cancer. I gather the research supporting it is paid for by those who produce it, unsurprisingly.

Now I am biased against anything artificial and suspect we don't fully understand the implications of any of these products yet.

However, you sound confident, I'm open to being educated if you can give me some good sources I might find credible.
