I would suggest this if you are seriously fat and take about 2500.
If you're eating 8000 callories a day your gonna have to run about 75 miles a day to stay slim.

2: exercise is the key and weight training is best. build thigh muscles cos it's the biggest muscle and thus any growth will drastically increase your metabolism. For every pound of muscle you burn 50 extra kals a day.

3: diet coke is the most misunderstood product in the world. It was intended for diabetic people not people on a diet. the sweeteners in diet coke fuck up your system cos they're designed to bypass the pancreas and as such make you gain weight like like a cunt. (and causes cellulite in women (men can't get cellulite))

4: I'm not sure if they've banned this yet but hydrogenated oils will fuck you up. if 1% of your diet consists of them it increases your risk of heart disease by 50%. reason being. they bond hydrogen with the oil which makes it thicker. During this process trans fats are created. Trans fats don't exist in ANY natural food. when they enter your system your liver doesn't have a fucking clue so they just hang around and do nothing. It keeps for ages cos even the bacteria turn their noses to it.

5:drinking alcohol regularly decreases your metabolism by about 30% not to mention 1 pint has about the same amount of calories as a jam doughnut. Whilst drunk your liver is way to busy sorting out the booze so anything eaten is stored as fat as a prioritising measure.

6: LOW FAT!! FUCK OFF!! low fat diets like calorie counting are a short term fix and after 6 months when your fat supplies run dry your body will start to create and store fat. reason you need fat to survive.

7: Atkins!! great you'll lose weight for sure. you'll also lose your hair teeth and the will to live!!

8: stop being a fucking pussy!! go down to your local boot sale and you'll probably find a couple of fuckers with a huge collection of weight loss vids for sale. reason they thought it would be their magic pill. when you exersise do it like a mad man if you not in pain your not doing it right.
Re diet coke, aspartamine is harmless and it doesnt contibute in any way shape pr form to weight gain. Also ts is not a pussy either.
