where's that bloke that was doing the thread on this he had a degree on this hopefully he can put an end to this "can't be done without roids" attitude that pisses me off.
I think the bigger issue people have is committing that much time to it when they'd actually much rather do something else.

I personally think that if you want to get big like some of those guys(some of them are huge) then you have to be doing it for yourself with no ulterior motives like getting women, after a certain point it starts having a negative effect on most people anyway.
