Totally understand where you are coming from on this, but isn't this only what she was doing to you in the first place? I mean she was prepared to let you go without a second thought about your feelings.
I'm not saying that it's cool to leave a girl hurt, but in this case I don't think I'd have much sympathy for her. She started playing the games, not you my friend.
