Hey all, I registered on this forum a while back, then got a gf and lost interest in PUA stuff..

This post isn't so much about picking up women, but more about life in general.

Whenever I am in a social situation, I always think "what will people think of me" before I act or speak. This is annoying me.

I want to be able to just NOT worry about how I look or come across to everyone, WITHOUT the use of alcohol lol.

Is this some kind of genetic thing? Or am I just being crazy. I'm not paranoid or anything like that. I just tend to shy away in fear of looking an idiot.
