It's worth shelling out for a gym personal trainer for at least three sessions, as it'll open your eyes to many more exercises, across the wide range of muscle groups, with correct lifting approach etc. After u know this, u can do these sets without paying for a trainer.

It's a gram per pound, 2.2 per kilo. I used to do three grams of protein per pound and I grew fast! It was very expensive though. I might try GOMAD. A gallon of milk a day, to get loads of cheap extra protein. Better than steroids, they say.
