Analysis of first 100 approaches

Ok this probably isn't a good idea entirely as it means I am becoming very results orientated (it could also be verging on a bit obsessive and weird too haha, but fuck it I like this sort of stuff!). However, I was interested to see what was working and what wasn't, so as long as I don't get hung up on the results I think it could be a good learning experiencing. Ok, so this is an overview of my first 100 approaches.....

LESSONS LEARNT

Directions is lame and shit. Canned stuff is not brilliant either!

Observational and hello openers are far better as they are natural and I feel more myself. However, it is not always possible to do these! Observational/situational - you need to think of something on the spot. Sometimes my mind goes blank! Hello openers work good in bars or some sort of social event, but a girl on the street?? Not tried it yet! Maybe I should. Just feels a bit weird too right now! I better have a damn good follow up if I do this!

Direct - scary shit, but almost always seem to get a good response even if I don't close! Good for 1 girl on the street. Not tried it on a group yet. A bit scared by this, as I feel I will be laughed at by the friends. Hopefully this will change soon!

I think when I start my Version 2 of this I will try to keep it as situational/hello/direct, with maybe 1 or 2 emergency canned openers if I freeze or go blank in a situation (just so I don't wuss out as I have nothing to say). Directions has got to stop!

29 good close, not in country right now. Ongoing, but looking at her FB photos thinking maybe not fit enough.

44 Ongoing, messed up a bit last time I saw her!

71 Thought weak close, but later proved wrong! Logistics/external factors fucked me and now she has left country! Ongoing though I guess.

75 Good close. Have been too busy to meet (unsure if she is fit enough too which is never a good sign!)

LESSONS LEARNT

Considering that a lot of my interactions are based upon 5 minute interactions, I'm quite pleased with this. There was a time I was very worried about flakes, but I'm viewing this as less of a problem now.

Also, its starting to get confusing, all these different numbers on my phone, I'm even starting to forget who is who and sometimes I will need to go through my messages to jog my memory. The main thing this has taught me is there really are an infinite amount of girls out there (not literally, but it may as well be given the population size) and it doesn't matter if you fuck up a few!

I've found the best way to ask for a number is 'Hey what's the best way to contact you.....'. I can't think of a time this hasn't worked.

28 and 29 were good kiss closes. I was raging! However, 28 flaked in the end and 29 lives in Mexico!

LESSONS LEARNT:

You can kiss close within minutes when you are on form!

Kino, kino, kino kiss!! (but not Rapey the Clown - make sure you remain socially aware!!)

Awkward silences and eye contact can help (see previous field report 'Snake Eyes in Poland')

Already knew or had a link, so had major social proof!

Number 9 had viewed my flat and I had 'rejected' her as a flat mate, so she had something to prove.

Number 19 was a friend of a friend of a friend.

Some numbers may turn to fucks, but as of press time they have not!!

LESSONS LEARNT

Slightly disheartened by my fuck rate. At the moment only 1 in 50 girls will sleep with me (ruins my belief that the world wants to fuck me haha). Actually this isn't strctly true, as I have ejected out of situations early because I decide I don't fancy them more times than the other way round so is probably not that bad!

Social proof is king!

Don't ask them to yours just get in a taxi

Girls need an excuse to sleep with you so they don't feel like sluts. Give them that excuse!

LMR - just agree and keep going until they break. Once you have a finger or tongue in - relax they're yours!

Girls like to be clean. Let them shower first haha! (See end bit of last post above this one)


Right that is it for now! I am having a week off to train for my race and then I will be back with a vengence! 5 a day version 2 will be a far slicker and successful operation! I will be ready for it this time. I am going to ensure I get lots of sleep, exercise and eat healthy so I don't run out of steam this time. I will lay off the drugs, cigarettes and alcohol as well.
